Steam Turbine Upgrade Kit K-215-130-1M3 for Improved Efficiency

CND modernisation kit K-210(215)-12,8 is a flowing part of low pressure cylinder (LPC) of steam turbine K-215-130-1M3, which converts potential energy of steam into mechanical work and is intended for generator drive. The set of modernisation of CND K-210(215)-12,8 consists of the following main parts: - stator parts of the flowing part; - one-piece forged low pressure rotor (LPR) resting on two sliding bearings. - mounting accessories and spare parts. High indicators of steam turbine efficiency and reliability after application of the modernisation kit are ensured by: - aerodynamic experimental tests of blades, confirming their reliability and efficiency; - smooth meridial contours of the flow part; - new improved designs of seals; - introduction of modern progressive methods of design and technologies and equipment.
