Steel Wedge Gate Valves for High-Pressure Applications (RTZK)

The gate valves have a low coefficient of hydraulic resistance. Body parts are made of castings or stamped blanks. Sealing surfaces of the gate are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials of high hardness.

Body - cover" connection is flanged, with non-metallic seals ensuring tightness in all intervals of operating pressures and temperatures. The gate can be operated at full pressure drop. At the same time, the control effort due to high accuracy of manufacturing is considerably less than that of analogues.

It is possible to produce gate valves with non-standard and increased construction length. In spite of relatively small dimensions, RTZK gate valves have increased safety margin, are able to withstand variable loads with large amplitude of force changes, which allows to use this valve in the most severe operating conditions.
