Submersible centrifugal pumps designed to work as part of a unit for pumping formation fluid from oil wells.
Formation fluid - a mixture of oil, associated water and oil gas - has the following characteristics:
-maximum density of the liquid, kg/m3 -1400;
-maximum kinematic viscosity of single-phase liquid, at which
pump operation is provided without change of head and efficiency - 1 mm2/s ;
hydrogen index of associated water: pH 4,0-8,5 for pump of usual version, pH 3,0-9,0 for pump of version: corrosion-resistant, corrosion-wear-resistant, increased corrosion-wear-resistance, as well as for gas separator, disperser, dispersing module, gas separator-disperser, submersible wire filter, short-term (up to 6 hours) decrease of pH to 0 is allowed.
-maximum content of associated water - 99%;
-maximum content of free gas at the pump intake -25% by volume, with the use of dispersing module as part of the unit -45%, gas...
