Electromechanical submersible mixer "Irtysh" PM3 188-0,75/4-106

Designed for mixing domestic and industrial contaminated liquids (faecal, sewage, industrial waste), with hydrogen pH=6,0....9,0 density up to 1100 kg/m³, temperature up to 323K (50°?), with content of various non-abrasive suspended particles including short fibres, concentration up to 2% by mass, abrasive suspended particles not more than 1% by volume, size up to 5 mm and microhardness not more than 9000 MPa. The submersible agitator is designed primarily for agitation, flushing of pump tanks and CSCs, it keeps solids in suspension and flushes them out, i.e. it is a replacement for the traditional agitating valve.

The propeller is made of wear-resistant polyamide. The propeller is self-cleaning. Sealed 4-pole, three-phase asynchronous motor with squirrel cage rotor is connected in a star scheme, which provides direct start of the motor.Electromixer can be made in explosion-proof version..
