Support-Free Ropeway for Slopes up to 350m - Ideal for Ski Areas

On slopes up to 350 m long, with a height difference of up to 50 m - unsupported tow ropeways can be used. Such ropeways are usually installed on training slopes. The unsupported ropeways designed by us have the speed of movement from 0 to 1.7 m/s.

The productivity is up to 720 people/hour. The peculiarity of this road is the absence of intermediate supports and foundations under them. Anchors are used to anchor the station.

The advantage of this type of road is the possibility of quick assembly-disassembly and cheapness of the construction.Climbing to the top is carried out on bales with the help of unsupported towing hoist, equipped with automatic system of hooking at the lower station and automatic unhooking system at the upper station. The BBKD or "baby lift", as it is occasionally called, is used for transporting skiers, snowboarders on training slopes with small gradients. The installation allows dismantling of supporting structures at the end of the season without destroying them.
