The SINTEZ traffic controller is designed for automatic and manual switching of traffic signals and symbols of controlled traffic signs both at a separate (local) intersection and at intersections included in the system of coordinated traffic control. Controller control is possible: from the central hardware and software complex in the coordinated control mode; in the dispatch mode; in the network adaptive mode based on data from traffic detectors included in the control zone; in the autonomous mode according to set programmes; in the local adaptive mode based on data from traffic detectors.
