Thermofackel 165 gas burner

Low pressure burners without pre-mixing for operation in furnace units with medium temperatures up to 1350°C. The combustible gas-air mixture is formed behind the burner head, thus preventing the formation of an explosive mixture in the gas line. The design of the burner head includes slots and openings which influence the degree and character of the air stream swirl and determine the shape of the flame.

The geometry of the gas nozzles depends on the type of gas. The gas-air mixture is ignited by direct electric ignition from an electrode or pilot burner. Designed for industrial furnaces and combustion systems in the production of iron and steel, noble, non-ferrous and light metals, as well as in the plastics, man-made fibre and wood processing industries.
