Traffic Violation Photo and Video Recording System "PhotoFinish-01" for Accurate Enforcement

The complex of software and hardware photo-video fixation of traffic violations "Photofinish-01" is designed to measure the values of current time, synchronised with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU). The principle of operation of the complex is based on automatic synchronisation of its time scale with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU), reception and processing of signals of space navigation systems GLONASS/GPS with the help of navigation receiver included in the complex, and recording of the current moment of time in stored photo-video frames received by the complex. Functionally, the complex consists of a time interval measurement module with a GLONASS/GPS receiver installed, a set of recognition and view cameras, video signal switching facilities, and a photofixation server with pre-installed software.
