Tunnel type washing machine AM series T is designed for fast and qualitative cleaning of large batches of parts of simple shape with low weight. The tunnel washer works on the principle of linear movement of the transporter through the washing chamber with sequential passing of processing stages.

The unit is a conveyor line consisting of sections. Only the degreasing section is supplied as standard. Modules for rinsing, passivation, phosphating, hot air drying are agreed with the customer based on the required technical processes.

A stainless steel web with a tensioning station is used to move the parts. Air curtains are installed in front of the loading and unloading areas to prevent steam and solution drops from escaping from the washing chamber.
