Seal frame is designed to work with a boom. The boom can be placed at any height from 45 to 180 cm in 5 cm increments. The bar can be placed at any height in 5 cm increments.

The bar can be moved and locked with spring clips - easy, strong and reliable. The frame comes with an extended length (350mm) safety stop, which is also height adjustable in 5cm increments and securely locked with spring clips. The strong and rigid frame construction is used for heavy bodybuilder training with a load of up to 350kg, the lightweight and compact frame construction allows you to place it both in the gym and at home - for effective and safe training with barbells.
