The pulse counter "SIPU" (hereinafter - the counter), is designed for use in systems of automated collection, control and accounting of energy resources (ASKUER). The pulse counter has 16 inputs designed to measure the number of pulses coming from various energy meters. Measured values are transmitted by the counter via RS-485 interface.
