Description
A sterile plastic tube, sealed with a stopper, containing a defined vacuum volume and the anticoagulant tricalium salt of ethylenediaminetetetraacetic acid (K3EDTA) (dipotassium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (K3EDTA)). The product is intended for use in the collection, storage and/or transport of blood for analysis and/or other tests [e.g. whole blood haematology, general blood testing and drug quantification]. This product is a single-use item. The colour of the cap is pale purple.
