VK-317.01 Speed Sensor - Ideal for RPM Monitoring and Control

Pulse speed sensors (Tachometers) ??-317.01 are designed to convert the values of rotation speed of the object into a proportional number of pulses and current signal. The principle of operation of the VK-317.01 sensor is based on the phenomenon of eddy currents. The excitation coil creates a high-frequency magnetic field in the adjacent area, any disturbance of which leads to a change in the registered current consumption.

A gap is established between the sensor tip and the controlled surface, the change in the value of which is converted into a proportional change in the output current supplied to the recording equipment.
