Description

Cold cathode X-ray tube (CCXRT) uses an inbuilt photomultiplier tube as a source of electrons to replace conventional cathodes.
The X-ray emission is controlled by the amount of light flux incident on the photocathode of the FRT. The light source can be an LED, laser, lamp or any other source.
