ZDc Series Gear Hobbing Machines for Precision Manufacturing of Cylindrical Gears

Cylindrical gears with straight inner and outer circular teeth are processed on gear hobbing machines by chiselling chisels by the rolling method.
The main features of the machines in achieving high quality characteristics are:
-Techniques of finishing the base surfaces of machine tools to the required class of geometric accuracy norms are applied;
-New drives for the main motion of the tool spindle and workpiece rotation with the shortest possible kinematic chain are installed;
