Automated hydrogen furnace APVD

Automated hydrogen hood furnaces are designed for heat treatment processes (soldering, thermodiffusion, annealing, etc.) of products in the environment of process gases: hydrogen, formirgaz (a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen). It can be used for other heat treatment processes with maximum temperature up to 2200 °C. The applied gases can be dry or humidified depending on the technological process realised. The furnaces are electric resistance furnaces of batch action with a stationary hearth and vertically moving heating chambers (hoods). The automated control system is based on a programmable logic controller, which allows programming of furnace operation, automatic control and monitoring of the temperature in the chamber, operation of the hydrogen afterburning device, flame control and blocking of gas supply.
