The valves are used as a shut-off device on pipelines for transportation of oil, oil products and other non-aggressive media with temperature from -55C to +80C.
The valve body consists of two pressed hemispheres welded together, which excludes the probability of depressurisation of the valve unit in relation to the external environment; the gate seal is made of elastomeric material with high wear and erosion resistance; high tightness of the gate is ensured by constant compression of both seats to the plug; the design of the gate unit provides the function of DBB (double blocking), providing pressure relief from the body in the closed and open position of the valve; when the medium pressure rises in the valve body, the gate is made of a "double blocking" function.
the valve is made on the scheme "plug in supports", facilitating the control of valves; there is a possibility to repair the gland without stopping the pipeline.
