Description
Continuous conveyors with a belt as a conveying device (pulling and carrying body). The action of such a conveyor is based on the progressive movement of the conveyor belt. The belt is driven by the drive drum, and the necessary tension of the belt is created by the tensioning drum by means of a tensioning device. The conveyor consists of: drive section, tensioning section and intermediate sections, the number and length of which achieves the required length of the belt conveyor as a whole. The main characteristic of the belt conveyor - productivity (t/h), which directly depends on the speed of forward motion of the conveyor belt (m / s) and the width of the conveyor belt (mm).
