Description
The cheesemaking tub is the main element of the cheesemaking shop, designed to produce cheese grains for the production of hard and soft cheeses. The cheese tub is a double-walled cylindrical vessel with a flat bottom and an open top. In the inter-wall space, depending on the technological operation, steam or ice water is supplied. Heating by electric heating elements depending on the equipment. For cutting and crushing the cheese clot, the cheese bath is equipped with a cutting and mixing device (lyre).
