Description
- - The machine is designed for turning in chuck and centres of parts with straight, stepped and curved profile.
- The range of spindle speed control allows machining of products both from ordinary ferrous and non-ferrous metals and from alloy steels
- The one-piece grey cast iron bed and the wide prismatic and flat slideways guarantee static and dynamic rigidity for a long service life.
- For machine tools with a machine centre diameter of more than 5 m, the bed is made of several solid cast sections.
- Inside the bed there are large sloping openings to facilitate chip slippage and minimise thermal effects.
- The high (up to 6675 Nm) torque at the spindle allows heavy duty machining.
