Description

- The machine is designed for turning in chuck and centres of parts with straight, stepped and curved profile.
The range of spindle speed control allows machining of products made of both conventional ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloy steels.
The one-piece grey cast iron bed and the wide prismatic and flat slideways guarantee static and dynamic rigidity for a long service life.
For machines with a machine centre distance of more than 5 m, the bed is made of several solid cast sections.
Inside the bed there are large sloping openings to facilitate chip slippage and minimise thermal effects.
The high (up to 6675 Nm) torque at the spindle allows heavy duty machining.
