Cylindrical Two-Stage Gear Reducers for General Machinery Applications (C2U-100, C2U-125, C2U-160, C2U-200, C2U-250)

Horizontal cylindrical two-stage gearboxes Ts2U-100, Ts2U-125, Ts2U-160, Ts2U-200, Ts2U-250 are used in low-power equipment for general mechanical engineering. They are part of belt conveyors, roller mechanisms, mixers, assembly winches (TL-12B, TL-12A) and various lifting devices, designed to increase torque and reduce speed. Ts2U series gearboxes are equally effective in direct and reverse operation mode, providing efficiency of not less than 97% regardless of operating conditions and gear ratios.

The gear ratio is from 8 to 40. The unit is horizontally orientated, has a two-stage design and spur gears. The housing of the mechanisms with spacing of 100 and 125 mm is made of aluminium; with spacing of 160 mm - aluminium or cast iron.
