Intermediate Gearbox for Hydraulic Systems DZ-98.10.06.000-09 - Ensures Efficient Pump Drive

The intermediate reducer is designed to provide drive pumps of hydraulic system of motor grader and the connection of the engine shaft with the clutch shaft. The reducer consists of two housings and gears that rotate the shafts of gear pumps. The gearbox housing is made of cast iron of ??20 grade.

In the upper housing on one side is installed half coupling for connection (through rubber fingers) with the motor. On the other side, a journal is mounted on bearings, which is the driving part of the clutch. Before assembly, the journal must be balanced.

The drive pinion is mounted on the shaft of the journal by means of a key. In the lower housing on the shafts are installed gears, by which the drive oil pumps through half couplings with internal and external splines. Spur gears, constant mesh, made of alloy steel 25XGT.

The warranty period is 1500 motor-hours.
