Digital Event Recorder RES-3 for Monitoring Electrical Parameters

Registrator of electrical events digital RES-3 (hereinafter - the registrar or RES-3) is designed for measurements in single- and three-phase electrical networks of current, voltage, phase shift, power, power factor and frequency at certain moments of time and registration of these measurements in normal and emergency situations (registration of "electrical events") in the equipment of power facilities. The recorder can be used in automated systems of measurement, control, signalling and management at power facilities of power supplying organisations and power consumers. RES-3 is a design-component, software-configurable, modular, IBM PC compatible industrial controller containing input/output modules of analogue and discrete signals, communication modules. RPS-3 performs real-time measurement, collection, processing, archiving, displaying and transmission of measurement information to the dispatcher's computer.
