SHC-32-2G-03 Drying Cabinet for Efficient Drying of Herbs and Food

Drying cabinet SHS-32-2G-03 32-level with two doors located vertically relative to each other is designed for drying herbs, fruits, vegetables, berries, pasta, meat products, as well as the preparation of pastilles and yoghurt at catering enterprises. Eight fans, located in the rear of the cabinet, provide air flow, evenly passing between the shelves of the chamber. As heating elements the cabinet is equipped with heating elements, which together with fans provides uniform heating of the chamber. To increase the efficiency of heating, the cabinets are equipped with heating elements of different capacity. The cabinet has temperature regulation in the chamber from 30 °C to 85 °C, and in case of emergency stop of the fans, the installed emergency thermostat protects the cabinet from overheating above 120 °C. .
