32-Level Drying Cabinet for Herbs, Fruits, and Vegetables - SHC-32-1-03

Drying cabinet SHS-32-1-03 32-level with one door version is designed for drying herbs, fruits, vegetables, berries, pasta, meat products, as well as the preparation of pastilles and yoghurt at catering enterprises. Four fans, located in the rear part of the cabinet chamber, provide air flow, evenly passing between the shelves of the cabinet. As heating elements the cabinet is equipped with heating elements. To increase heating efficiency, the cabinet is equipped with heating elements of different capacities. For light products, such as various berries, thinly cut vegetables and fruits it is enough to use drying cabinets with lower power of heating elements, for drying of larger products it is recommended to use cabinets with higher power of heating elements. The cabinet has a temperature regulation in the chamber from 30 °C to 85 °C, and in case of emergency stop of fans, the installed emergency thermostat protects the cabinet from overheating above 120 °C.
