Description
1.Bakery electric ovens of PK-E brand are designed for baking confectionery and bakery products. 2.The oven is made by a separate body, which is installed on the proofing cabinet. 3.The oven has a baking chamber, a system of gas ducts through which heating gases are distributed.
Recirculation of vapour-air medium (VAM) is carried out by fans located at the rear wall of the baking chamber.
