Description
The combi steamer is used at catering enterprises both independently and as part of a technological line. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. Rounded corners of the chamber allow you to get excellent results during cooking and after cooking without problems to wash the oven. The combi steamer is designed for cooking food in five different modes: <ul> <li>- convection (dry heating up to 270°C);</li> <li>convection + steam (up to 250°C);</li> <li>heating with steam (up to 160°C);</li> <li>low temperature steam (up to 98°C);</li> <li>steam (100°C).</li> </ul>Has additional functions: <ul> <li>- three-channel probe</li> <li>humidity regulation system (regulation from 0 to 100%)</li> <li>5 fan speeds</li> <li>built-in cooling system for water discharged into the sewerage system</li> <li>possibility of recording cooking programmes</li> </ul>
