Description
The electric induction cooker PEI-6/L2 belongs to the trade mark "NEW ENERGY". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in specially designed for induction cookers functional containers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 6 burners, with a total power consumption of 19 kW (4 burners 3.5 kW each, 2 burners 2.5 kW).
The permissible maximum distributed load per burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 2.5 kW burner is approximately 3 minutes, on a 3.5 kW burner - 2 minutes.
The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
