Electric induction cooker PEI-6/G2, "NEW ENERGY" trade mark

The electric induction cooker PEI-6/G2 belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 6 burners, with a total power consumption of 24 kW (4 burners 3.5 kW each, 2 burners - 5 kW).

The permissible maximum distributed load per burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 3.5 kW burner is approximately 2 minutes.

Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 5.0 kW burner is approximately 1.5 minutes. The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
