Electric Two-Burner Kitchen Stove with Oven EP-2JSH-02 for Versatile Cooking

The electric two-burner cooker with a frying cabinet EP-2ZhSh-02 series ECO is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate, as well as for cooking semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables, baking small flour products and baking cottage cheese dishes at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The cooker consists of a lower module with a roasting cabinet and a control panel, as well as a frame with fixed on it panelling, control panel with electric devices, burners and worktops. A pull-out drip tray is used to collect any liquid spilt on the cooking surface of the hob. Stepwise regulation of the burner power is carried out by setting the switch knob in the position "1", "2" or "3", which determines respectively the degree of heating: weak, medium, strong.
