ELECTRICAL INSULATING FOIL MATERIAL OF STANDARDISED

Steklotekstolit foiled STF EM-4 of quality category "VP" according to GOST RV 5999-001 of normalised flammability (class 0 according to GOST 26246) is intended for manufacturing of printed circuit boards of 4-th and higher accuracy classes according to GOST RV 5998-002 and GOST R 53429, used for production of military and dual-use products. Glass-textolite is identical to FR-4 according to IPC 4101E/21 with glass transition temperature of insulating base 135±5ºC according to DSC method. The material is resistant to UV radiation. The maximum permissible operating temperature is from minus 60 ºC to plus 120 ºC.
