Laser diode model EMS-1060-1500 in SOT-148 (9 mm) package, designed for pulse mode of operation, is intended for use as a source of coherent laser radiation with emission wavelength 1060 nm in industrial and laboratory installations, in instrumentation for alignment, adjustment and verification of laser-photodetector (photodetector) systems, as well as in various electronics devices where high peak power of optical radiation is required.
