Diffusion high-vacuum pump NVDM-250 is designed for pumping out of hermetic volumes of air, gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, which are not aggressive to materials of construction and working fluid of the pump and do not contain dripping moisture and mechanical contaminants. Diffusion high-vacuum pump NVDM-250 is used together with forevacuum pumps, the speed of action of the forevacuum pump is not less than 54m3/h. Type of climatic execution UHL4 and O4, the pumps are not intended for use in fire-explosive production facilities.
