KIT melting induction technological complex is designed for melting of non-ferrous metals and alloys with melting point up to 1500°C (gold, silver, copper and copper-containing alloys, babbitt) in induction melting furnace by induction heating with high frequency currents (HF). Field of application - gold mining industry, metal and alloy processing enterprises, laboratories. Melting time in an induction melting furnace (taking into account the volume of copper-containing alloys) for graphite crucible AA-100T with a melting volume of 10 litres - not more than 90 minutes. excluding the time for preheating the crucible before loading the material, re-melting - not more than 45 minutes.
