Description
A sterile implantable main component of a total hip replacement (acetabular component) for acetabular replacement or reconstruction. The component is a one-piece structure made entirely of titanium alloy, has a hemispherical shape, and is coated with a porous coating to improve bone ingrowth. The method of cup fixation is press-fit with the possibility of inserting three de-rotation screws. The bottom of the cup has a threaded hole for fixation of the impactor. The cup design allows the use of high molecular weight polyethylene inserts. The number of sizes is 14.
