KSP-35 Mod. 3 Tunnel Boring Machine for Horizontal Tunnels

Kombine tunnelling KSP-35 mod.3 is designed for mechanised destruction of the face and loading of rock mass when carrying out horizontal and inclined up to 18 mine workings with cross-section from 14 to 40m2 (for version -120 - up to 45m2) along mixed or purebred face with the limit of strength of the destroyed rocks up to 125 MPa (for version - 120 - up to 80 MPa) and abrasiveness up to 18 mg in mines dangerous by gas (methane) and coal dust.By agreement with the Customer the combine can be supplied in different versions. Combine KSP-35 mod. 3 provides effective destruction of hard rocks due to increase of the machine weight up to 85 tonnes and energy capacity of the executive body up to 200 kW.

Increased reliability and service life of the KSP-35 mod.3 combine harvester is achieved due to the application of technical solutions worked out on the basic model. The calculated resource of the running gear drive has increased up to 50 km of run; the running gear is made on the rolling-less scheme, worked out on the basic model.
