Description
Marmite 2 dishes is designed for short-term preservation in a hot state of second courses, sauces and side dishes in gastro-compartments and their distribution to the consumer. Method of heating gastrojemkoystvosti - hot steam. Smooth temperature control up to 85C, at the bottom of the neutral cabinet for storing kitchen equipment. It is completed with two upper shelves for plates, gastro containers with a lid and guides for trays.
