The software and hardware complex is designed for determining electroparametric method of nondestructive testing of technical condition of elements of high-voltage equipment. Milliometer is designed to measure electrical resistance in inductive and inductive-free circuits in the range of 10 µOhm ÷ 2 kOhm at current strength from 0.01 to 10A. It has a high enough field of application - it is measurement of electrical resistance of windings of power transformers and measuring current transformers, windings of electromagnets and electric motors; equalising, current-limiting and other resistors of high-voltage switches; contacts and contact connections of power and signal circuits; cables.
