Description

The MTM-289.03 welding machine is designed for manufacturing of reinforcement frames from longitudinal bars of 4-12 mm diameter and transverse bars of 4-8 mm diameter.

Reinforcing bars intended for welding shall be free of rust, scale and contaminants preventing welding.

Curvature of longitudinal and transverse rods must not exceed 2mm per 1m length.

The stationary machine is designed for operation in production facilities at an altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level at ambient air temperature from 5 to 35C, relative humidity (at 25C) not exceeding 80% and cooling water temperature from 3 to 30C.

The machine is used at the enterprises of construction industry and is designed to work as a part of an automated line.
