Description

Photovoltaic cells convert solar radiation into DC electricity and are intended for the manufacture of photovoltaic arrays and further modules Photovoltaic cells are pseudo-square wafers of monocrystalline n-alloyed silicon with deposited layers of amorphous silicon, transparent conductive layers and printed conductive mesh. The front and back contacts are made with a textured anti-reflective TSO coating. The unique technology of creating heterostructured solar cells on crystalline silicon, developed by Hevel's own scientific and technical centre, is used in production. The cells have high efficiency - 23.5 per cent in production.
