Pilot Safety Valves for Pressure Control - Ensure Equipment Safety
Bulk pricing available
FOB, CIF & EXW terms available
Description
Designed to protect equipment from unacceptable pressure increase in main and process pipelines by means of medium discharge into the outlet pipeline. Pilot-operated safety valves differ from the classical spring-operated ones, first of all, by the fact that in them the spool is pressed to the seat under the action of the pressure of the medium itself, not the spring. This makes it possible to create valves with a seat diameter equal to the nominal diameter, significantly increasing the flow capacity. Due to the absence of a large spring, the size of pilot valves is 20-80% smaller than spring valves.
