Description
Disassembled plate heat exchangers designed for fast heat treatment in thin-walled flow of liquid food and non-food non-viscous liquids: milk, milk product, cream, KMP, juice, wine, syrup, beer, wort, water, etc. The capacity is from 500 to 50,000 kg. Capacity from 500 to 50 000 l/hour. Heat carrier : steam/hot water. Cooling medium: ice water/artesian water/ propylene glycol/ brine. Advantages of application: high heat transfer coefficient, compactness, maintainability, easy operation and maintenance.
