Description

PURPOSE: Machines are designed for boring and surfacing of worn cylindrical holes and external cylindrical surfaces of special equipment, parts of various equipment, machinery and mechanisms, at their location, without dismantling the repaired unit. BENEFITS: -Automatic surfacing has a higher productivity compared to other types of welding, requires less qualification of the welder, which allows to reduce time and money expenditures in times.

-The rigidity of the design of machines allows you to perform high-performance turning on the seventh qualification of accuracy. -Work in any spatial position: horizontally, vertically, at any angle. -Sectoral surfacing occurs continuously b/quenching of the arc at the transition points of the rolls, so there is no need for subsequent welding of the seam edges.

-Length of turning and surfacing is not limited. -Can be equipped with a digital remote control unit.
