Portable Technological Equipment Complex for Dry Vacuum Cleaning of Inner Surfaces

The proposed complex is designed for dry cleaning of walls and gondola bottoms from snow, cargo residues, dust and dirt. The basic complex consists of a cleaning harvester. Additionally, a vacuum pumping system consisting of a hopper-sedimenter and a vacuum unit can be supplied.

The complex allows for high-quality cleaning of gondola wagons without polluting the environment, thanks to a high degree of automation, there is practically no need to use manual labour. For cleaning, a cleaning combine equipped with horizontal and vertical brush cleaners is placed in the car being treated on a special suspension by means of a manipulator or other lifting device. After start-up, the harvester makes a translational movement within the gondola car and cleans it.

The contamination swept away by the brush cleaners is discharged into the hopper-sedimenter due to the vacuum created by the vacuum unit. At the end of cleaning, the harvester is moved to the next wagon.
