Non-sterile titanium alloy rod for locked intramedullary osteosynthesis of intertrochanteric, subvertical and pertrochanteric femoral fractures. The proximal part has an outward bend of 6 degrees. Circular cross-section, longitudinal grooves to facilitate insertion and preserve the endosteal blood supply.

Bevel on the upper outer edge of the rod to minimise muscle trauma at the point of attachment to the acetabulum Single or double screw fixation in the femoral neck is possible depending on the indications and anatomical features of the patient. Available for right and left limbs. The product has laser markings for diameter and length.

The product is disposable, must be sterilised before use.
