Description
Receiving tanks are designed for receiving and storing milk, with the possibility of mixing and cooling with running water. The receiving tank consists of an inner tank, a cooling jacket and a liner. The tank is mounted on four supports.
Mixing of the product is carried out by a stirrer with a gearmotor. The bath is filled with the product and the water jacket is filled with running cold water. The product is cooled by heat exchange through the walls of the bath.
An agitator is switched on to accelerate the heat exchange. Cooling of milk is carried out by constant circulation of running water, with drainage into the sewer through the overflow pipe. Drainage of the finished product - through a disc gate.
