Description

The oven is designed for baking bakery products, bread moulded and bread from wheat and rye flour, confectionery products. "Monsoon-rotor" without readjustment of air flows in the baking chamber provide baking of high quality products of a wide range of bakery products: excellent bakeability, high rise, uniformly coloured surface, perfect gloss. The oven has a non-disassembled all-welded construction, works on electricity.
