Rust Series 500 Regulating Valves for Precision Fluid Control

RUST regulating valves of 500 series are designed to regulate the parameters of the working medium by changing the flow rate. Internal parts of the valve are combined in a regulating throttle assembly, which consists of a sleeve, seat and plug, and is fixed in the body by means of a cover and gaskets. The flow of the working medium moving along the S-shaped body, passes through the shut-off and regulating unit, in which due to the movement of the plug there is a change in the cross-section, resulting in a change in the flow rate of the working medium.

The working medium for valves is liquid and gaseous products: water (drinking, technical, sea), steam, oil, oil products, natural gas, oxygen, acids, alkalis, chemically active, explosion and fire hazardous media, including those containing hydrogen sulphide, liquid hydrocarbons, ethylene glycol, turbine oils, carbon dioxide, methanol (??3??), oxygen, water and mechanical impurities.
