UDT-1 Solid Fuel Disintegration Unit for Industrial Applications

Solid fuel disintegration unit (SFDT) is a variant of realisation of crushing and milling machines (CFM), intended for crushing of large pieces of discharged material on the over-bunker grids of receiving hoppers of wagon-dumpers. UDTT can be used in unloading complexes at ore yards of metallurgical plants, coal warehouses of thermal power plants, sea and river ports equipped with wagon dumps. Differences from the classical design of crushing and milling machines are the absence of wheels (movement is carried out on sliders on rails) and explosion-proof design of electrical equipment.
